Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Kairo AI, including the mobile app, assistant features, connected service workflows, billing, redeem codes, admin operations, and related websites. By using Kairo AI, you agree to these Terms.

Service Description

Kairo AI helps users convert voice and text requests into productivity actions such as calendar events, reminders, Gmail summaries and drafts, Google Workspace file actions, contact workflows, smart planning, and general assistant answers.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of commands, approvals, recipients, meeting details, and file changes.
• You must have the rights and permissions needed for any connected accounts, files, contacts, calendars, and messages you use with Kairo.
• You may not use Kairo for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized activity.
• You must keep your account credentials secure and notify us about unauthorized access.

Assistant Output And Review

AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Kairo is designed to prepare actions and ask for review for sensitive operations, but you remain responsible for checking drafts, file edits, calendar events, recipients, reminders, and other results before relying on them.

Connected Services

You may connect third-party services such as Google, Supabase-supported sign-in providers, app-store billing, and RevenueCat. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and policies. Kairo is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or account actions.

Subscriptions And Redeem Codes

Pro features may require an active subscription, entitlement, or valid redeem code. Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and trials may be handled by app stores or billing providers. Redeem codes may be limited by duration, status, eligibility, usage count, and fraud controls.

Acceptable Use

You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape protected data, abuse connected APIs, reverse engineer restricted systems, send spam, violate others' privacy, or use Kairo to create or distribute harmful content.

Availability And Changes

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Disclaimers

Kairo AI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kairo AI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.
