Kairo AI is designed to help users manage calendar events, reminders, Gmail, contacts, Google Workspace files, voice commands, subscriptions, and related assistant history. This policy explains what information may be collected and how it is used to provide the service.

Information We Collect

• Account information such as email address, display name, user ID, and authentication provider details.
• Assistant inputs such as typed prompts, voice transcripts, selected timezone, and conversation context.
• Connected service data needed to complete requested actions, including Gmail messages, Google Calendar events, Google Drive file metadata, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Tasks, and local contact or reminder details when you grant access.
• Billing and entitlement data such as subscription status, RevenueCat identifiers, redeem-code redemptions, payment records, and plan information.
• Operational data such as usage events, API logs, error details, admin audit events, and device or app configuration details.

How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate users, understand assistant requests, prepare and execute approved actions, sync subscription access, maintain chat history, support connected accounts, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and operate customer support and admin tooling.

Voice And AI Processing

When you use voice features, audio may be sent to speech and language models to transcribe the command and produce a structured assistant response. Kairo may also use AI models to summarize emails, summarize files, draft messages, parse calendar or reminder details, and answer general questions.

Connected Google Services

If you connect Google services, Kairo uses the access you authorize to perform requested actions such as reading unread Gmail summaries, searching messages, sending reviewed drafts, creating Google Meet events, and reading or editing Google Workspace files. You can disconnect Google access from the app or your Google account settings.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared with service providers that help run the app, including authentication, database, AI, billing, analytics, hosting, and app-store infrastructure. Data may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect users and the service.

Security And Retention

Kairo uses access controls, protected API routes, encrypted or secured token storage where applicable, and database policies to limit access. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records.

Your Choices

You can choose whether to grant device permissions, connect Google services, use voice features, save chat history, or subscribe to Pro. You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data by contacting Kairo AI support.

Children

Kairo AI is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that a child provided personal information without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it.
